Point: I am so excited to for Hanukkah’s 1st night to be Christmas this year. The last time the two coincided was in 1959, and it won’t happen again till 2024. Since my mom is Jewish and my dad is Christian, I usually get two sets of presents. I wonder if I’ll still get the same amount, or will they combine the two and get me some kind of super present? If so, I might be able to finally get that new laptop I’ve been eyeing for a while. Regardless, isn’t wonderful how these two faiths can come together like this, even if it’s so infrequent? Honestly, I believe the holidays are the one thing that getbring both my family and the whole world together. If only it could be like this every year.
