Bill Clinton Would Like to Remind Populace He Only Had to Lie Once to Be Put on TrialBy Adam LowingerConsidering the recent scandals and controversies surrounding the new Trump administration, many are calling for an impeachments trail.  To gain a better understanding of what this entails, the shady dealer contacted the only living president to have gone through an impeachment trial: Bill Clinton.

“Well you see, first a member of the House has to bring up the charges and vote on them. In my case, I was accused of perjury, which is lying under oath. Keep in mind that I only did that once,” explained the former president in a calm tone “Now I was also charged with obstructing justice, or put another way, I hindered the relevant people from investigating that ONE lie. But I digress, after the charges are passed approved in the house, A trail is then carried out in the Senate, where a two thirds vote is required to remove an official from office. Thankfully in my case, they Republicans didn’t have that number. Good thing to, because again, imagine being betrayed by both people and party over one lie that in no way harmed the state as a whole”.

Mr. Clinton went on to outline how most of the population had a high approval rating of him at the time of the trial. “I mean imagine if most of the country did not want you to be president. If people got that worked up over ONE lie, then imagine what they would have done to me if they had hated me?”

When asked about the possibility of a Trump impeachment, Mr. Clinton dawned a somber look and replied “Young man, no member of my party voted against me, I think Trump could lie much more than I did, which he has, and be fine”.

As I left, I hear a faint voice across the house whispering “lock him up” over and over.
