Clad in board shorts and mouth-wateringly shirtless, Nixon set America’s hearts a-flutter last weekend when he was spotted lounging by the pool of the Watergate Hotel in Washington. Although reports stated that Nixon “was whispering a lot” and “looked like he hadn’t slept in days,” it’s safe to say that his disheveled look is certainly doing things for us!
