What we had. But it didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking back, the red flags were there. The \u201clow toner\u201d threats. The \u201cpaper jam\u201d excuses. The way he\u2019d go offline for hours without explanation. Still, I stayed. I believed in us. But last night, he showed me his true colors: black and white, nothing else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a moment of desperation, I ran to the library. I thought maybe this printer would be different. Kinder. More available.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Paper Jam. I need space.<\/strong>\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God. The most predictable line in the breakup playbook.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve already placed an order for a personal printer. One that <em>will<\/em> respect me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s time to move on.
