After the meeting, Aquaman, King of the Seven Seas, told the<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dealer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that \u201cwe are excited about the prospect of bringing our technology to the surface world. It is high time we united with the landed peoples. I am hopeful for a lasting peace bringing together the sea and the land.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trump, on the other hand, announced his intention to purchase Atlantis, seemingly believing he was in talks with Aquaman about the \u201cAtlantis\u201d resort in the Bahamas, not the sovereign nation: \u201cWe love Atlantis and are VERY excited. An INCREDIBLE resort with beautiful people.\u201d When asked to comment on this mix-up, Trump said, \u201cI was talking with my advisors, and I told them, I said, \u2018You know what we should purchase? Atlantis, Their weapons \u2013 they go pew, bing, bong, BONG. Our guns only go bing, bing, bong.\u2019 Do you know that? We could use their technology to enforce peace, except in many ways not to do that as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquaman later stated, \u201cI am extremely disheartened by the President\u2019s rash verbiage. Atlantis is not, and will never be, for sale. How\u2019d he even get here? We\u2019re literally in the middle of the ocean.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">President Trump shot back at a rally on Friday, \u201cArthur Curry, we call him \u2018puny fish-man.\u2019 What a loser! Your tremendous President is here to make a promise: once we have bought it, Atlantis shall be named \u2018America in Water.\u2019 America in Water. Isn\u2019t that beautiful?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In response, Aquaman called on the Justice League to meet and discuss next steps, but Trump later retaliated by announcing Superman\u2019s deportation, writing in a post on TruthSocial, \u201cThere is no place for aliens in America. Superman, you\u2019re FIRED!!!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foreign policy experts fear a potential armed conflict with Atlantis could be especially dangerous given that the location of Atlantis is unknown. Responding to this concern, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth told the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dealer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u201cDon\u2019t worry. We\u2019ll find them.
