Zimmer built the library with his bare hands in 2008, students have been excitedly waiting for its inevitable evolution. \u201cWhen the giant clawed foot came up from the ground, I actually squealed! It was so cute!\u201d said second-year Laudna Hamper.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt was awesome, yeah,\u201d agreed her friend Thumas Thurn, \u201cMy favorite part was when it screeched, even though my clothes are green now.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some students even got emotional, like fourth-year Winona Barrel. \u201cWhen I watched it waddle away, its long mane flowing in the breeze, I just stood there in awe. I kind of didn\u2019t know what to do; everyone else was singing the Hymn of The Caliginous Seraph, like usual, but I was just looking at it thinking \u2018how beautiful.\u2019 It\u2019s the gift of life, you know?\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Already, some students are petitioning for \u201cBabysueto\u201d (as they\u2019re calling it) to become the school\u2019s new mascot. Administrators argue that Babysueto\u2019s limbs are too complicated to fit on the academic crest, but this did not discourage them. \u201cJust make the logo bigger,\u201d said Laudna.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second year John Yohn was in the Mansueto library when Babysueto birthed itself. \u201cYeah, a big baby showed up or something.\u201d he recalled. \u201cIt was alright.
