In this morning&#8217;s conference, city administrators declared that Emmanuel will win the election with 51% of the vote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">\u201cIt is with great pleasure that we announce that Rahm Emanuel will be serving as mayor for another four years,\u201d the City&#8217;s official spokesperson said, \u201cThe fact that Mayor Emanuel will win with 51% of the vote means that we won\u2019t have to organize a run-off election in April.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Emanuel praised the work of city officials in releasing the results in a timely manner and avoiding the confusion that would have arisen if the results were released after voting.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">\u201cThe quick work of the City of Chicago in releasing the election results ensure that Chicago voters don\u2019t have to worry.
