While <\/delete><\/insert>S<\/delete>S<\/insert>s<\/delete><\/insert>econd–<\/insert> <\/delete>y<\/insert> Y<\/delete>ear Rhonda Wong spent her Friday night on November 13<\/delete> relaxing in her single in South, watching Aziz Ansari\u2019s new Netflix series Master of None<\/i>.<\/insert> Meanwhile, across campus, <\/insert>the brothers of Delta <\/insert>Upsilon, among them fourth–<\/insert> <\/delete>year Evan Lysek,<\/insert> <\/delete>cross campu<\/delete><\/insert><\/insert> desperately wondered where she was. <\/p>\n

\u201cRhonda definitely RSVPed to our party,<\/insert>\u201d said <\/delete>DU <\/delete><\/insert>brother Evan<\/delete> Lysek said<\/insert>. \u201cHer response popped up in my newsfeed.\u201d <\/p>\n

Lysek, who acted as bouncer for part of the event, noted that he was looking out for Rhonda the whole time, but she never came. Expressing his disappointment, Lysek stated<\/delete>This left Lysek extremely disappointed.<\/insert><\/p>\n

,<\/delete> \u201cWe set up the party expecting Rhonda,\u201d<\/insert>“<\/delete> said <\/delete>Lysek said<\/insert>.<\/insert>.<\/delete> \u201c<\/insert>We knew we had enough alcohol and staff for exactly everyone who RSVPed, and her absence threw the whole party off.\u201d<\/p>\n

When questioned by reporters <\/insert>in the quad, Wong seemed confused. <\/p>\n

\u201cLike, 1,000 people or something RSVPed to that,” said <\/delete>Wong said<\/insert>.<\/insert>.<\/delete> “<\/insert>Who even cares?\u201d <\/p>\n

She blamed peer pressure for her action, as \u201c<\/delete>all of her friends were listed as attending.\u201d<\/delete> Wong also awkwardly confessed that she hoped seeing her RSVPs<\/delete> would convince her friends back at home that she was cool. Lysek, however, was still not having any excuses.<\/insert><\/p>\n
