After all classes and activities at<\/insert>on<\/delete> the<\/insert>the entire<\/delete> University of Chicago‘s Hyde Park<\/insert> campus were<\/insert>as<\/delete> cancelled and the campus put<\/insert>put<\/delete> on lockdown due to a terrorist <\/delete>threat of mass violence <\/insert>this Sunday<\/delete>Monday<\/insert>, local s<\/insert>S<\/delete>econd y<\/insert>-Y<\/delete>ear Brian Wexler expressed relief to reporters that the situation would leave his personal schedule entirely unchanged for the day.<\/p>\n

Brian reportedly was lying in his bed when he received a warning from President Zimmer about the online terrorist threat, and subsequently realized that his schedule would<\/insert>ill<\/delete> change in no perceivable way as a consequence. <\/p>\n

\u201cAt first I was worried, like, what about my Spanish class? How will I go out to eat food? Fortunately, I remembered that I have not gone to Spanish class in five<\/insert>5<\/delete> weeks and I only eat instant ramen and easy-mac.<\/delete>,<\/insert>\u201d s<\/insert>S<\/delete>aid Brian, who has not left his dormitory in four<\/insert>4<\/delete> days. \u201cI guess the whole situation might stifle my social life, but I didn\u2019t have any plans with friends in the first place regardless of any <\/insert>shootings.\u201d<\/p>\n

Admitting that he was still slightly worried about the possible school shooting, Brian examined his closet and bed as possible hiding spots, made sure his <\/insert>locked his <\/delete>door was still locked<\/insert>, and put down his window shades. However, this initial fear was overtaken when Brian felt a small bout of heartburn. <\/p>\n
