Despite overall campus diversity statistics<\/delete> <\/delete>, a recent study by the <\/delete>Shady Dealer<\/i><\/delete> revealed that 80% of <\/delete>the people in your <\/delete>students in <\/insert><\/delete>SOSC class<\/delete>es,<\/insert> college-wide,<\/insert><\/insert><\/delete> are still just white guys with brown hair and tortoise shell glasses.<\/delete>\tDeputy Provost for Research Minority Issues William A. McDade sounded off his shock at the study. \u201cThe University has taken major steps in the past few years to increase racial representation on campus. We want a large cross-section of perspectives present in each and every classroom.
