Cana, 25 AD- <\/delete>Jesus H. Christ, a Nazarene of Galilee, seems like your average carpenter. He dresses in open–<\/insert> <\/delete>toed sandals, plain robes, and doesn’t<\/insert>hardly<\/delete> seems<\/delete> like much of a threat. At first glance you would think little of his average build, fair complexion, and chiseled Italian features. <\/insert><\/p>\n

But, after a local wedding feast he attended<\/delete> ran out of wine, Jesus stepped up and transformed six jugs of water into sweet, tasty wine. The people partied on, al<\/insert>though they <\/insert>were baffled and immediately began asking questions such as,<\/insert>like<\/delete> \u201cW<\/insert>w<\/delete>ho is this guy,<\/insert> and what other kind of cool stuff can he do?\u201d Well, his talents aren\u2019t just<\/insert> limited to beverage choice. He also managed to save a large picnic gathering by turning a few loaves of bread and fish into 5,000 delicious tuna <\/insert>fish sandwiches. <\/insert><\/p>\n

Jesus and his posse, however, boldly claim that<\/insert> he came to save more than just parties. That\u2019s right, this average kid from the West S<\/insert>s<\/delete>ide of the Jordan has big plans and the commitment<\/insert>fervor<\/delete> to make them come true. <\/insert><\/p>\n

However, it isn’t all good news. <\/insert>People are pretty divided over his radical rhetoric,<\/insert> and it‘<\/insert>s eating into the goodwill he\u2019s accrued with the public by curing the lame and bringing back his brother-in-law from the dead. He\u2019s even made a few enemies amongst the money lenders, tax collectors, and Pharisees who couldn’t<\/insert> care less how cool his fun stories and magic tricks are. <\/insert><\/p>\n

Some of his supporters have even claimed he is the M<\/insert>m<\/delete>essiah promised by the S<\/insert>s<\/delete>criptures. Jesus hasn\u2019t confirmed these allegations,<\/insert> but his promise to tear down, remodel, and redecorate the G<\/insert>g<\/delete>reat T<\/insert>t<\/delete>emple of Jerusalem has upset many who prefer its simple and timeless aesthetic. <\/insert><\/p>\n
