“This is Just like Hogwarts,” exclaims Prospie in North<\/delete>By Chase Harrison<\/delete>Noting its high ceilings and maze-like design, Prospie Jacqueline Robbins could not stop comparing the newly built Campus North Residential Commons to Hogwarts while staying there for a Prospie weekend. Her exasperated host, 1st year Michaela Fu, noted that Robbins found ways to repeatedly <\/insert>reference Harry Potter all week<\/delete>, even when the connections made little sense. <\/insert><\/insert><\/p>\n

<\/insert>\u201cI felt like I was in a CASTLE all weekend,\u201d Jacqueline exclaimed. \u201cWalking through the long, brightly lit white corridors, I was basically Hermione Granger! Everything about North made me know that students at UChicago might be muggles, but there\u2019s magic everywhere in <\/insert>this place! Like when Michaela and I were walking to Baker, there was a gust of wind so powerful, it had to be from a magical source!\u201d<\/insert><\/p>\n

Michaela seemed less convinced. \u201cLook,<\/insert> I took Jacqueline to smoke some weed in the weird circle for<\/delete>rest in front of North. I thought it would calm her down;<\/insert>.<\/delete> i<\/insert>I<\/delete>nstead, she could not stop yelling about ‘<\/insert>doing potions in the Forbidden Forest‘<\/insert>.\u201d <\/insert><\/insert><\/p>\n

<\/insert>North RA Steve Branch seemed equally annoyed. \u201cJacqueline kept calling me Dumbledore and asking me if I wanted to go to the Dungeon to get Insomnia Cookies. Like,<\/insert> we aren\u2019t Snitchcock\u2026\u201d<\/insert><\/p>\n

Jacqueline went on to <\/insert>caused<\/delete> several more <\/insert>disruptions throughout her<\/insert>her entire<\/delete> prospie weekend. She drew attention for screaming \u201cTroll in the Dungeon\u201d in Baker and for standing on the concrete car in the parking garage and pretending it was flying.
