I think that in a few weeks, he <insert class=\"ins cts-2\" data-cid=\"15\" data-time=\"1508286120838\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\">can <\/insert><delete class=\"del cts-2\" data-cid=\"14\" data-time=\"1508286120830\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\">could <\/delete>really start to see some results.\u201d  Counselors also provided Matt <insert class=\"ins cts-3\" data-cid=\"6\" data-time=\"1508294736661\" data-userid=\"37\" data-username=\"Claire Holland\">with <\/insert>a Moleskin<insert class=\"ins cts-3\" data-cid=\"5\" data-time=\"1508294725589\" data-userid=\"37\" data-username=\"Claire Holland\">e<\/insert> journal and recommended that he record the points throughout his day during which he found himself thinking about his gaping abdominal laceratio<insert class=\"ins cts-2\" data-cid=\"23\" data-time=\"1508286152949\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\">n.<\/insert><delete class=\"del cts-1\" data-cid=\"18\" data-time=\"1508278409565\" data-userid=\"44\" data-username=\"Daniel Lastres\">n<\/delete><delete class=\"del cts-1\" data-cid=\"16\" data-time=\"1508278379197\" data-userid=\"44\" data-username=\"Daniel Lastres\"> <\/delete><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a fairly basic negative thought <insert class=\"ins cts-2\" data-cid=\"29\" data-time=\"1508286225580\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\">b<\/insert><delete class=\"del cts-2\" data-cid=\"27\" data-time=\"1508286224301\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\"> b<\/delete>locking exercise that can help with clear thinking in stressful situations like dealing with a life<insert class=\"ins cts-2\" data-cid=\"48\" data-time=\"1508286467644\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\">&#8211;<\/insert><delete class=\"del cts-2\" data-cid=\"47\" data-time=\"1508286467402\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\"> <\/delete>threatening personal injury<insert class=\"ins cts-2\" data-cid=\"59\" data-time=\"1508286487103\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\">,<\/insert>\u201d continued Cunningham.<delete class=\"del cts-2\" data-cid=\"58\" data-time=\"1508286480603\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\"> <\/delete> \u201cIn Matt\u2019s case, we told him to replace thoughts like \u2018I think I\u2019m losing too much blood\u2019 with a positive personal mantra that he can use to calm himself.\u201d  The counselors concluded their treatment by giving Crawford an anxiety workbook and a challenge to spend the time within sessions \u201ctrying to understand his pain and in doing so better control it<insert class=\"ins cts-2\" data-cid=\"60\" data-time=\"1508286514259\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\">.<\/insert>\u201d <\/p>\n<p> \u201cI don\u2019t really know how I feel about this all this<insert class=\"ins cts-2\" data-cid=\"61\" data-time=\"1508286520154\" data-userid=\"8\" data-username=\"Ryan Fleishman\">,<\/insert>\u201d confessed a still-bleeding Crawford. \u201cI mean, I feel like I have a pretty good handle on my pain, most of it is coming from this huge gash in my <insert class=\"ins cts-1\" data-cid=\"20\" data-time=\"1508278458096\" data-userid=\"44\" data-username=\"Daniel Lastres\">torso<\/insert><delete class=\"del cts-1\" data-cid=\"19\" data-time=\"1508278457257\" data-userid=\"44\" data-username=\"Daniel Lastres\">chest<\/delete>.
