We are the University of Chicago’s only intentional humor magazine, The Chicago Shady Dealer. We are not to be confused with *your* shady dealer, to whom we must state, for the record, we have no connection. In keeping with the spirit of the USA Patriot Act (HR 3162), we record every viewer on every article and will be keeping tabs on all of you. That goes for all of you, especially you Daddy Rubenstein (also, we would love your money…).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you like what you see, or if you hate what you see and want to make it better, we’d love for you to get involved. We accept submissions from undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, alumni, administrators, and staff. If you are or were affiliated with the University in any way, then this is your forum. Just as long as you’re not a redhead. We don’t discriminate — that would violate, like, so many Titles.<\/span><\/p>\n
